Q: Is Hay Dairies' goat's milk free from artificial chemicals? How can I be sure that the milk is free from antibiotics and preservatives?

A: Milk produced by Hay Dairies is tested and certified by the relevant authorities to be free from antibiotics and preservatives. No growth hormones are administered as well. We have also obtained the HACCP certification.

Q: I don't drink cold milk. Can I warm the goat's milk up?

A: Yes, you can but take care NOT to boil or microwave it as the nutrients will be lost. The best way to warm up the milk is to pour the milk into a cup and dipping the cup into hot water. The milk can also be added to milo, coffee or other beverages.

Q: Is goat's milk suitable for my young infant (< 1 year old)?

A: Goat's milk is the next best thing to mother's milk. In fact, it is a good substitute to breast feeding infants as it is easily digested and assimilated by a infant's digestive system.

Q: I am not heading home directly from Hay Dairies. How can I keep the milk fresh? Back home, how long can the milk keep?

A: If you purchase five 200-ml bottles or two 800ml bottles, we will pack the milk in a cooler box. The cooler box will keep the milk chilled for up to 8 hours. Back home, the milk can keep for about 7 to 10 days if kept at 4oC (chiller compartment).
