Hay Dairies provide home delivery service to selected locations in Singapore

Please note the terms and conditions as specified below:


  1. Home delivery service is provided once a week and delivery day is dependent on your location (e.g. Monday for Woodlands, Friday for Bedok North). If you will like to find out which day we deliver to your location, you can register an account at our online customer portal or send an email to us at order@haydairies.com.sg

  2. The prices indicated in the above pictures include any applicable delivery/handling fees for home delivery service

  3. Minimum order of 1.6 litres (1,600ml) will be required for home delivery and below are the different combinations for consideration:

    • 2 x 800ml Goat Milk
    • 8 x 200ml Goat Milk
    • 1 x 800ml Goat Milk + 4 x 200ml Goat Milk
  4. Milk orders can be placed either online through our customer portal or via phone call to 6792 0931

  5. All orders must reach us between 9:00am-4:00pm on Monday, Wednesday-Friday (Farm is closed on Tuesday, except public holidays). Orders placed during Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will be processed only on the next working day

  6. For first time customers, please note that our delivery man will inform you of the estimated delivery time one day before your milk order delivery. The estimated timing that our delivery man provides should be the same for subsequent deliveries (factoring in timing differences that will be dependent on traffic/weather conditions for the day)

  7. Please ensure that someone is around to receive the fresh goat milk during the date/time of your milk order delivery and that the milk should be placed in the fridge immediately upon receipt

  8. If you prefer a standing instruction for your subsequent milk orders (e.g. once a week or once every 2 weeks), please send us an email to us at order@haydairies.com.sg and we can arrange for you accordingly

  9. Cancellation of order should be made at least 2 working days in advance

    • If you are a first time customer, please do not arrange for transfer payment until you receive email confirmation from us that we deliver to your location. Once you have completed the bank transfer, please send us an email with the amount, period paid for (e.g. 1st Jan 2017 to 31st Jan 2017) and also the transaction number for reference. We will get back to you once the payment is received and also update our delivery man accordingly
